To enhance a image quality, 3D moving average filter and 3D median filter are applied for reducing a noise and 3D recurrent filter is applied for emphasis. Experiments are performed to investigate a superiority of 3D-Filtering in contrast to 2D-Filtering in phantom images and to investigate a effect of 3D recurrent filter in clinical images.
