日に具現化した北陸新幹線敦賀延伸にスポットを当て,まず「Ⅰ.北陸新幹線敦賀延伸にかかる効果の検証」を行った後,「Ⅱ.北陸新幹線敦賀延伸が地域住民の意識をどう変えたか」を考察し,最後に,「Ⅲ . 地域づくりのための高速体系の役割(有効性)とはいったいどうゆうものか」について論を進めた.\nその結果を要約すれば,開業当初は北陸新幹線敦賀延伸が一定の経済効果を発現したものの,それに対する地元の期待は思うほど大きくはなかった.それ故,地域経済の発展のために地域づくり面で北陸新幹線の有効性を地元住民に理解してもらうことが重要である.それには,地元住民が納得できる観光業の振興戦略を検討する以外に,ここで紹介した京都が歴史・文化都市へと転身するうえで公共交通機関が果たした役割を再確認し,地域づくりの中での北陸新幹線の存在価値を認識することが肝要である.つまり,北陸新幹線並びにそれを含む高速体系の存在は,あくまで地域の基盤を整備,維持するうえでの一つの要素に過ぎないことを理解しなければならない.","subitem_description_language":"ja","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_10002_identifier_registration":{"attribute_name":"identifier_registration","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_identifier_reg_text":"10.57426/0002000207","subitem_identifier_reg_type":"JaLC"}]},"item_10002_publisher_8":{"attribute_name":"出版者","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_publisher":"越前
