studies","bibliographic_titleLang":"en"}]}]},"item_10002_description_5":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"グリセミックインデックス(GI)はブドウ糖を摂取し,その時点から2時間までの血糖上昇曲線下面積を100として,ブドウ糖と同糖質量の食品を摂取し,面積を比べ数値化した指数である.低GI 食は,2型糖尿病患者の血糖コントロールに有効であるとの報告を始め,肥満や血中中性脂肪値,HDL コレステロール値との関連も報告されている.本研究は,働く中年女性の肥満改善とQOL の向上を目的として,福井県在住で体脂肪率30%以上の中年肥満女性9名(平均年齢39.9±5.5歳,平均体脂肪率36.1±4.0%)に対して,低GI食を中心とした食事指導および,運動指導を実施し,体組成に及ぼす効果を検討した. その結果,介入終了日のBMI,体脂肪率および,ウエスト周囲長は介入開始日と比較して,有意な減少が認められたが,骨格筋率は有意な増加が認められた.一方,エネルギー摂取量は介入開始日と介入終了日を比較して,有意な差は認められなかった.また,期間中に低GI 食を取り入れた日数と体脂肪変化率との相関分析を行ったところ,負の相関が認められた. 以上をうけて,低GI
