| 内容記述 | Lymphocytes in hematopoietic tissues and peripheral blood cells are highly sensitive to radiation, and the degradation in immunity caused by the ecrease in leukocytes and myeloid cell due to radiation exposure is remarkable. It is known that liquorice root is rich in compounds which exert several pharmacological actions. As for the active ingredient of licorice, lycyrrhizin are contained. We paid my attention on the pharmacological actions which Glycyrrhizin had, and examined radiation influence to be able to put in periphery blood by the Glycyrrhizin administration by observing alteration and periphery blood of cell count in periphery blood by radiation exposure with time. Glycyrrhizin was shown to be effective on hematocyte of leukocytes, lymphocytes, and granulocytes in mice with radiation injury in radiation exposure. |
