内容記述 | The author conducted a study of the educational process of students regarding social surveys in a certain less favored district of Fukui City (Japan) which was being subjected to pre-marginalization (Natsume district) by using an action research approach. The study included a subsequent sociological-empirical analysis of the process of the social survey education to identify its effects and limits. The results of the analysis showed the following two points: (1) the district's residents have increasingly relied on those in their age groups of 30 to 40 for leadership in its local activities, while they have depended on SNS-based communication for their rediscovery and objective understanding of its local resources, and (2) the students became aware of their respective strengths and weaknesses in the social survey through their fieldwork experiences. Through this study, the author confirmed that this social survey education process would influence, directly or indirectly, the students' careers after their graduation. | |||||||||||
