| 内容記述 | On March 11, 2011, the Great East Japan Earthquake inflicted unprecedented damage, causing a massive tidal wave and leading to a disaster at the Fukushima Nuclear Power Plant. Motivated by a report on the nuclear accident at Chernobyl, the present report examines the handling of radioactive material, focusing on the National Research Center of Nutrition and Health in Kiev, Ukraine, the country where Chernobyl is located. Although 25 years have passed since the disaster in Chernobyl, many lessons can be learned, such as how to develop a system for measurement of the amount of cesium in food products, how to deal with the public, and more. | |||||||||||
