| 内容記述 | 本稿は平成13年度中部地区英語教育学会のシンポジュームにおいて筆者が行った提案の要旨である。その中で筆者は次の4点に言及した。1) レベルの違いを問わず学校における英語教育が共通に目指すべき目標は何か。2) 各学校種別の英語教育が重点を置くべき目標はそれぞれ何か。3) 現状における問題点は何か、またその原因は何か。4) 小学校から大学までの英語教育に一貫性を持たせるためにとくに必要なことは何か。提案の中で目標のモデルとして紹介した「全米外国語教育協議会による外国語能力のガイドライン」を付録として示す。 | |||||||||||

| 内容記述 | This is an outline of what the present author contributed to the symposium which took place at the 2001 annual conference of the Chuubu Society of English Language Education. In his presentation, the topics covered by the author included : 1) at what general goals should English language education at all school levels commonly aim ; 2) on which of these goals should English language education at each respective level focus its concentration ; 3) what are some of the problems which exist in present day situations and their principal causes ; and 4) what will be particularly necessary to bring about more consistent linkage in English language education. | |||||||||||
