| 内容記述 | 脳波は時間の経過とともに複雑に変動する不規則振動であることから, これを小定量的に取り扱う処理法として周波数分析法が開発された。さらに最近ではコンピューター技術の発展によって自動的に処理する脳波分析法などもいろいろ試みられるようになってきている。本論文では各種実験事態下において多部位から記録された脳波をもとに, 頭皮上の空間分布の特徴を把握するための情報処理の試みを示した。EEGスキャナ分析による睡眠時脳波の頭皮上等電位分布作成の結果からは, REM睡眠を含む5つの各睡眠段階において, かなり部位間で様相を異にしていることが明らかとなり, 睡眠脳波の変化を考えるうえで貴重な情報を提供できた。さらに今回は, 多用途生体情報解析プログラムBIMUTAS IIによる脳波の時系列分析を行い, 新しいトポスコープ的なアプローチとして脳波空間分析用ソフトATAMAP IIを用いて分析を試みた。これらはEEGスキャナ分析に比べ, 携帯性や機能拡張性に優れ, 高齢者や心身障害者の脳波研究への臨床応用への可能性が示された。 | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||

| 内容記述 | The electroencephalogram (EEG) is the complex irregular oscillation changing with time, so the spectral analysis was developed as a method of quantifying EEGs. Furthermore the progress of computer technology recently enabled us to analyze EEGs automatically. In this paper, we adopted the method of analyzing EEG data processing in terms of the spatial field distributions, based on EEG recordings in various experimental situations. The mapping analysis of EEGs recorded during sleep showed that each of the five sleep stages including the REM sleep was remarkably different from each other in voltage distribution of the scalp. In addition to this mapping analysis, we applied the temporal analysis to EEGs by using the BIMUTAS II, the multiple biological data-processing program, and the spatial analysis to EEGs by using the ATAMAP II program as a new topographical approach. Electronic devices used for these temporal and spatial analyses are portable unlike those for the previous mapping analysis of EEGs. Accordingly it is suggested that these programs can be clinically employed in psychophysiological studies for aged or handicapped persons. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
