| 内容記述 | This study aimed to investigate which parts of the content of the current education guidelines of the Japanese government are used when planning the dietary-related teaching plan/ teaching examplespublished by public institutions nationwide. We conducted a Google search using same keywords and collected dietary-related teaching plans/ teaching examples. From them, items that satisfied the selection criteria were analyzed and organized. Then the grade levels and subject matter were classified, and the content of the descriptions was compared with the content of the education guidelines. Results showed that there were regional differences related to the publication of the teaching plan/ teaching examples; however, multiple published cases were found for almost every grade in classroom activities, homeeconomics, physical education, and the period for integrated studies. The education guidelines for these subjects had specific descriptions related to dietary, and classes were planned in accordance with this content. Furthermore, a number of published cases were found in some grades that related to livingenviroment studies, social studies, ethics and science, and there was content available that was suited to teaching dietary education in the context of these grades / subjects. It was confirmed that teaching that incorporated dietary in the content of courses was taking place, regardless of whether or not the dietary course content was clearly stated in education guidelines. | |||||||||||||||||
